The picture before
The new Director of Waste Water Services has been give the responsibility of developing the business strategically in line with Severn Trent’s new vision and mission, against a backdrop of more dated management styles, restructures and a workforce who were not feeling connected. Waste Water Services had little or no profile and was solely operating under a very light set of corporate identity guidelines which gave no indication as to how styling should take place. Communications were dated and tone of voice was harsh and unfriendly.
Impact
We take time to get to know the organisation as well as the client; it is crucial for us that our client’s values and ours are aligned. Once we have established this we can really ‘dig deep’ and facilitate arriving at an excellent brief by discussions and workshops with the major stakeholders. Once the brief has the ‘wow’ factor, we start the creative.
