Client: National Grid

Job title:
How electricity is made and transmitted

The picture before

There was no up-to-date information for schools or colleges that described how electricity is made and transmitted to National Grid’s consumer audience.

A literature piece was required that clearly and simply communicated how the process happened whilst also sitting within the corporate guidelines.

Impact

Besides the normal ‘dig deep’ and the stepping into the audience’s shoes, we wanted to create an add on so that the use of the booklet was lengthened and therefore return on investment greater. We suggested a fold out poster that sat at the back of the booklet in a fold up flap, graphically showing the process of how electricity is made and transmitted.
